The cashier/front desk lady was very rude, and should not be in customer service. She stood there and watched two guys that had their hands full struggle to get the door open with the Key. She took my ID then did not return it. She slammed the window on us. The hotel gave us a smoking room even when we booked a non-smoking room. We had to cancel our reservation and sleep in the airport. Not impressed at all!!! Terrible place!!!

Wow just wow Arrived 2 hours after check-in time, was told the room is not clean and would be notified via phone call when it would be. Three hours later I'm calling and calling with no answer. We drove ten hours to get there so this was getting annoying. I show up and she says it was still not clean, she gave me a room which she mentioned had been for another customer who hadnt arrived yet. The room smelled like pee and smoke. 1/10

Very disappointed Booked a non-smoking room, but was told they only had smoking available and that was request wasn’t a guarantee. It took over 30 minutes to get room. The lady who helped was nice. The room was dirty/dusty. The bed was like a rollaway. A single mattress on a metal frame. My husband killed a large black bug. Looked like a cockroach.

No clerk in lobby. Had to dial 500 from lobby phone to get someone. Took almost 10 minutes for him to arrive. He was very surly. Went to the room to find it was unmade and filthy from previous guest. Only other available room was a smoking room. We asked for, and got a refund and left. This appears to be the type of place that rents rooms by the hour! If i worked at travelocity I would divorce myself from this group.

Request for non smoking rooms I am a non smoker, Hotels.com has no area to request a non smoking room. When I arrived for my first night, the only rooms left available were smoking rooms. I talked with the manager on duty about the situation, and asked if I could switch rooms the second night. She told me that I could not, even though they too had not checked in or had requested a non smoking room. She was very rude and non cooperative. Not so great for price. Dirty, ants on the floor . bed was a metal squeaky frame. Clean sheets but that's all.
