Do NOT stay here! Bugs and dirty Honestly this hotel was horrible. I saw the reviews and the location and thought it was going to be great. Boy was that a lie! The beds are hard as a rock, the sheets were dirty, like they had never been cleaned. There were bugs in the bathroom. You want to do laundry? Have to pay for it. You want to check out late? Have to pay for it. Want to use WiFi? Have to pay for it. Like my god no thank you. I’ll never be staying at this hotel again nor do I recommend it to anyone! Spend the money else... read more

We arrived at 11pm and the front desk was closed. No staff could be found. The enternce and front desk area was a small hallway and you needed a jey card to enter past the desk area. There was a phone to use for after hour check in which connected to someone who tried to call the front desk which we could hear ringing, but as I mentioned, no one was there. This property was very dirty and gross. The 1st room they put us in wasn't even cleaned right. Dirty socks in drawers, drawers were dirty, dust everywhere, hair in tub, etc. We were moved to a different room. 2nd room was a bit cleaner but still dirty. I would never stay in thos hotel again. Some type of inspection needs to be done at this hotel.

Very unsatisfied When I arrived they said they didn't have a room ready for me,I had reservations, so I had to wait an hour and half for a room, then when I checked in it had bugs in the bathtub,roaches crawling on the walls,the place is really dirty not clean at all.

the room had roaches and one even fell into my food, and the staff seemed really unconcerned, check out asap

There wasn’t even lamp on the bed table. Stove top burner were not level couldn’t cook. AC was extremely loud, couldn’t sleep. Bath room laminate was peeling off and the the bath tube spout was corroded. Won’t ever stay again.

We got there, after calling to secure an early check-in and told the computers were down. She said they’d call us when they were working again. An hour later I call and they were working. So we go back. It took her 45 minutes to get us checked in!!! We get to the room and open the door and someone else is in there!! We go back down, she kindly upgrades us to a suite. We go to unload the car and the room key stops working. Multiple people were waiting with the same issue. It was basically an old dorm room we were staying in. ... read more
