I don't want to ever stay at that hotel room , Me and my family got kicked out of the hotel because the manager does not know how to audit the hotel she is working for, I was kicked out of the hotel ,4 days early , there are multiple people there who owe money,I paid cash in the full amount that I was charged but the manager still insisted that my bill was not current .I choose this hotel to stay at because my mom is currently in the hospital fighting to stay alive and the manager still did not take it into consideration,all... read more

Staff was rude. I had to purchase cleaning supplies to clean my own room. Attempts to reach corporate offices were met w hang ups on phone. Website “ kicked” me out when attempting to contact. Druggies in the building and in the lot hanging around. Dangerous area!

This place was an absolute disgrace. We arrived to check-in for a room for a room which we pre-paid. On the reservation, it clearly states "no need to reconfirm." Early in the day, Expedia called to try and tell me that I could not have the doubles, which were apart of the original reservation. Worse, when we arrived, there was no one at the front window. Horrible visit Made a reservation at this hotel 3 or 2 days advance. I arrived at 330 or 3:42 after driving almost a thousand miles and I needed rest. First the man was rude saying the room ain't ready and I asked why he said understand staff. Well I felt that wasn't my problem. The room should have been one the first like other reserved room for people far away traveling. From the outside the property is appealing, but it is a nightmare inside. The place is not kept up or well cleaned. The elevator goes up but does not go down. There were syringes and dirty needles in the hallway. The bed was a "fold out" bed and not at all as pictured on the website. Hotel is poorly staffed.

This place should not even be listed on Expedia. 1- Room wasn't ready for checkin at 3. 2 - When we got into room, dirty wash cloth on the floor and one bed wasn't made. 3- Lobby stinks. 4- No toiletries. When I asked for shampoo and conditioner the front desk informed they didn't have such items as this was more of an extended stay hotel. 5- after we were in room, a housekeeper used her key to come in unannounced to finish making the other bed. 6- Very sketchy people loitering outside near the entrance smoking, one was wear... read more

No just no Had to wait 20 min fo attendant to come from their room to give us keys. Whole place smelled like smoke
