Bathroom was dirty( pubes on toilet). Quality of bed and bedding was poor. Never again.

Do NOT book this hotel!!! There were lots of little things that made this a phenomenally bad experience, but one big (stupid) thing. On the "small" front it took forever to get service at check-in, then the "non-smoking" room was smothered in the smell of smoke. Not to mention, zero glasses, no iron, nothing! But then... We repeatedly asked for extra towels but never received them. Called Friday, was given an attitude. They finally said they would drop them off while we were out. Tolerable at best Felt like a bad 1980s motel with dirty carpet, disgusting bathroom and a musty smell.

Shabby, not Chic. This place is funky! The lobby is not nice as pictured? When we first walked in the room, there was an overwhelming smell of curry (I guess from the previous occupant?) The lights did not work, the cabinet doors were hanging off their hinges, the phone was grimy, You have to check out dishes from the front desk, no blow dryer, steps and cement need a good power washing, just very basic and could use some sprucing up. Ok for one night but not a nice place in general.

couldn't even check in no one was available to check me in called hotel, owner was rude and interior of lobby smelled awful had to go find another hotel

Gang members and prostitution Full of gang mangers and prostitution. I had to call the police because a prostitute was being beaten in the room next to mine. This place is utterly foul. It's a thug shelter for drug deals and prostitution. DON'T STAY AT EXTENDED STAY AMERICA in Glendale. Unless you want to get shot.

Worst place ever!! There was no elevator, so the "upgraded" me to a ground floor because I could not climb three flights of stairs with my suitcase. The floors were stained and in poor condition. The bed was very uncomfortable. When I turned on the heater, the room became unbearably dry. The room had a thin coverlet no blankets, there was no alarm clock or radio, there was no Kleenex in the room, there was no coffee maker in the room and I was not told that there would be no coffee in the room. Horrible Room with a Funk I arrived at 11:30 pm to find the lobby locked and no attendant inside. Next to the lobby entrance is a non-closing box with a phone from 1996 to call the attendant. Pat was the front desk attendant. She was very nice and the only positive this hotel had to offer. The first room I was assigned was 219. I walked in exhausted and ready to sleep to find it had not been cleaned. The sheet was crumpled at the bottom of the bed, the covers were on the floor, and wet towels were all over the floor.
