Cold shower in the morning - ironing board was broken

I felt very uncomfortable at this hotel. I kept expecting drug deals to be going down outside my room. It was definitely NOT worth the $100 we paid. The "free" breakfast was granola bars and chocolate packaged muffins. There was no hairdryer in the room and when I asked at the desk the lady checked and said all of the loaners were out. I would expect this of a $65 hotel, but not for the rate we paid.

We checked in and got to our room and the bathroom was disgusting. I called the front desk to have them come clean it, which she did, but it took 20 min to get someone and we needed to use it. The shrubbery needs trimming. I was told smoking was not permitted on the property and that you must go off property. Well there was the front desk clerk by the dumpsters smoking away. The bed had someone else hair on the sheets, the hide a bed looked like the sheets had never been changed. It just seemed like housekeeping didn’t make enough money to really care about making the rooms clean. Checkout was less than professional, nobody could log into their computer to print a receipt.

The room was worn and all four mornings there was no coffee in the second container.

I Do not recommend this hotel I travel a lot. I would never recommend this hotel. No amenities in the room. Had to order and go get all from the front desk. Uncomfortable pillows and bed. Air conditionering didn’t work good.

Booked this room for my family and I couldn’t believe how awful this location was! I’ve stayed in extended stay before in different states but this one was definitely not up standard and was awful. We checked in with the frumpy looking lady at the front desk and went up to our room and when we got there the door was wide open and who knew who had been in there! The room was dirty....floor sticky...the door was bent and would not close...the lock shaky Reported it to the front desk and nothing was done...terrible
