Not very responsive I came into my hotel room to find my bathroom mirror smashed and on the floor and the towels had all fallen into the toilet. The front desk person didn't seem to care too much when I reported it and said they didn't have anyone to come clean it up as they are a limited services hotel. I cleaned up the broken glass myself, and it took 2 days before anyone came to remove the broken pieces. THE FLOORS WERE SOAKED CHECK IN TIME WAS 3 PM AND WE WAITED UNTIL ALMOST 6 PM BEFORE WE COULD GO INTO OUR ROOM. THE FLOORS WERE SOAKED, NEVER ANYONE AT THE FRONT DESK. THE BREAKFAST CONSISTED OF COFFEE AND MUFFINS.

Never stay here I left and didn't stay in room...felt unclean and not safe....lights didn't work upon entering room either....horrible selection

What a Shame!!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!! We recently took a trip to Colorado and spent various days in various cities and hotels. By far this had to be the worse. When we arrived everything was going great a gentleman and lady greeted me by my name and check in was a breeze. When we arrived it wasnt all that but it was ok. Great location; poorly maintained Lobby is dingy and credit card processing broke down delaying access to my room. Filthy doormat outside room. Door safety latch broken and dead bolt on door did not work. Very strong stale smoke odor, and mildewed shower curtain made my stay unpleasant. On the positive side, linens were clean, carpet had been recently replaced. Staff were pleasant, but I would not recommend the property due to poor maintenance.

Horrible The room was bare bones, not even plastic cup for water. Nothing in the kitchen period. Floor was so gross I had to leave my shoes on the entire time. Stains on the bedding. Very bad smell!!!! even faint smell of cigarets even though it was a no smoking room.Random food in cabinets and drawers. Stay only if you have to! The staff at this hotel were nice and quite helpful; however, be sure to realize you are staying a no-frills location! It is truly dirty inside and out. There was actually a dirty washcloth hanging in my shower! The bedding is old and worn. After seeing the sheets I went out and got my own blanket!

Found drug paraphernalia in pull out bed!!! Found drug paraphanilla in the pull out bed!!!! Gross !! The floors were dirty ..we arranged for three people no comforter for pull out. And was only able to use fitted sheets to cover the bed and myself!!!

cherry creek ext stay The hotel is definitely in a neighborhood that has criminal issues. There seemed to always be police officers in the parking lot, they were definitely searching for something. Was pretty sure we heard gunshot early Saturday morning. The room was not ready no trash cans no remote for the TV trash in drawers, trash in kitchen cupboards. Won’t ever stay here again.
