Worst place ever!! There was no elevator, so the "upgraded" me to a ground floor because I could not climb three flights of stairs with my suitcase. The floors were stained and in poor condition. The bed was very uncomfortable. When I turned on the heater, the room became unbearably dry. Horrible Room with a Funk I arrived at 11:30 pm to find the lobby locked and no attendant inside. Next to the lobby entrance is a non-closing box with a phone from 1996 to call the attendant. Pat was the front desk attendant. She was very nice and the only positive this hotel had to offer. The first room I was assigned was 219. So unhappy!! Worker acted like he didn't want to be there and we were a burden. The room wasn't cleaned when we got there... trash over piling. Will never stay again.

Seems kind of shady, police action on both nights Police activity both nights , parking was horrible,tv didn't work on second night , didn't get any maid service

Look elsewhere for a clean room and safe area The room was far from clean when we arrived. We had to scrub the bath tub ourselves before we felt comfortable bathing our children in it. The pull out sofa bed had clearly used sheets with someone else's crumbs and smells left in them. Not a great experience. We just happened to snag "the last" set of clean sheets from the front desk.... wow. Terrible This hotel is terrible... I paid online before I checked in, and the guy at the front desk charged me again for the room. They supposedly processed a refund but it has yet to hit my account and when I called front desk to make sure the refund was being processed they couldn't help me much at all but told me to call back and talk to a manager later in the day.... the room was dirty the pillows are not very comfortable and running water is loud and abnoxious throughout the whole building.... Decided to move. This was a motel - more like a Motel 6. Dirty, trash in parking lot. Gap under door that cold wind blew in. No blankets just a thinly stained bed cover....we left for the Hyatt and only paid $15 more to stay at the Hyatt. The staff were friendly in the office.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Absolutely horrible, filthy room, window was unlocked and partially open, sheets had a nasty Stain, phones did not work, breakfast was very cheap-not like picture, hairs in the towels. Drug addicts hanging around area and staying in hotel.
