Pet owners Beware First of all, pet owners beware! The listing says up to 2 dogs ok. Be advised that they will charge you $25 per dog per night. Second of all, even though there are kitchenettes, they do NOT come stocked with dishes or pans, etc. The place is serviceable, but very dated and a bit dirty just beneath the surface. Unhappy event in Denver, CO The kitchenette sink dripped all night, no facial tissue to plow my nose, the lamp on the dresser where the television set did not work, room smelled like smoke, bed uncomfortable, no cookware or utensils, temperature control in room did not work, would not stay again at this site.

They lie about having room. I have had a reservation twice and every time they told me that they are over booked and they wanted to send me to another Extended America in Aurora and I refused to go there. Overall I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Awful Experience - WORST HOTEL EVER This hotel was the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. The pictures do NOT represent the hotel at all. The toilet was broken and the showers did not work. There were blood stains on the carpet. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Room wasn't clean, hair on toilet, bathroom floor wasn't swept up, stains on blanket, wall need paint touched up in 40 spots, didn't get the double bed room a paid for

Get a maid!!! I have never stayed at such a dirty place. The floors were filthy; walls gross & no matter where we looked it was dirty. Sad that owner doesn't care about cleanliness! Couldn't even get the nerve to step in the shower; went to health club instead.

Overbooked and met with indifference We has specifically chose this location due to its proximity to shopping and other attractions. We were notified upon arrival they were overbooked. I can understand these things happen, but better customer service would have been in order. As such, while we were given accommodation across town, the way it was handled was less than ideal. For me, hotels prove their worth when things go awry, and the Cherry Creek location gets a failing grade.
