Never got to stay!! Did not have a room! No clean! No room that 4 people could stay in and could not get a second room due to no clean ones! Never got to stay so I now have to get a refund from expedia. Had to split up and stay at other places. Other family did stay there and could not even get a extra bar of soap for a 4 day stay! Ladies behind the counter told us that all rooms with two beds had been booked for the last 5 months! Whoever is In charge of reservations and web availability is way off. Never again!!!

You can do better! This property is really worn. Also seems understaffed... for instance, it took three trips to the office before I was able to pick up a roll of toilet tissue..(asked for two, and was told it was in short supply and could only have one!). We had reserved one room with two double beds. On arrival, were told they had had a water issue and had no rooms with two beds.. gave us two rooms on the same floor (though several doors apart) for the same price. Not the same! Yes I spent seven hundred and $775 for 6 nights they told me that I only get housekeeping on this 7th day which means a week and I think the weekly rate was less than the 775 that I paid the overall room was clean however it is worn there is mildew in the tile cracks in the shower witch need to be grout or Clorox house house keeping marginal at best.

Total dump.. A nightmare. The only decent thing was location. Upon arrival were told they were out of rooms and had mistakenly overbooked. Then after 30 minutes of haggling were told she mixed us up with someone else.

割り切れり方にはおすすめ 多くのレビューではネガティヴレビューが多い。臭いや虫では困らなかった。朝食とWIFIはないと考えておく。タオルは安物。風呂は詰まっていた。トイレはふつう。トイレットペーパーはかえがなさそう。ドライヤーは貸してくれた。フロントでお湯もくれたし、バスの時間もしらべてくれた。フロントの職員を4人確認したが3人は許容内、1人は接客業として論外な印象。 ダウンタウンへはバスで15分ほど。平日は15分間隔ぐらいでばすがあるので、アクセスは許容内。バスは1人で乗っても安全だった。

The worst motel we ever booked Arrived Friday afternoon. Only one staff on duty to check arrivals and departures. Manager unavailable when summoned. Place inside and outside filthy. Drug dealer in stairwell. No kitchen amenities. Checked out next day. Thank you, Expedia for refunding two rooms, two nights reservations.

Wet rag smell The hotel itself was in OK shape, even though our air conditioner didn't work right. On the edge of run down. The staff however had the attitude of "Meh, I really don't care", and it showed. Our room smelled like it was wiped down with a rancid wet rag left in a bucket too long, very poorly cleaned. Luckily we only had to stay one night, so we kept our socks on, tried not to touch anything, and moved on to better hotels. Felt kind of sorry for all the out of town working guys who had to stay.

Not very clean Rooms not properly prepped for guests. We were 3rd group to complain that day. Front desk was helpful but too busy and understaffed to resolve problems efficiently
