Horrible experience. Staff downgraded us to a smaller room at checking because they already gave our room to another guest. Our party of 4 had to sleep in a room for 2 (1 slept on the floor, the other on a recliner). No compensation was offered by the hotel. They did not even adjust the price to reflect the downgrade. I am not even talking about the bugs on the bed.... Stay away from this place!

Not coming back The layout of the room made it hard to access things, the refrigerator barely opened, the bathroom door did not close, the bathroom flooded with water for the shower. I checked the bed for bug before climbing in and it was clear but when waking up the next morning I noticed I was covered in fine glitter that I had not noticed the night before. Very gross.

Hotel is run down and not in good condition. Bathrooms dirty and sheets had not been changed on pull-out bed in our room from previous guests.

Hotels.com canceled my reservation😠 I was 20 minutes away from checking in and you sent me an email canceling my reservation because the hotel was overbooked! Unacceptable. I don’t think I will be using hotels.com again.

Don’t recommend Stayed here for location but for the price I paid was very disappointed in quality of rooms and lack of services.fortunately only stayed 2 nights.WiFi was very spotty , bathroom faucet was stuck on shower setting Which was very annoying.bed was not comfortable. Not coming back

The property was dirty, needed significant improvements amenity improvements, seemed like a motel 6. The staff was friendly though.

入住的房间挨着大门。几乎整晚无法入睡。一直有人进出大门。噪音很大。不过房间内可以加热东西,很不错。希望以后可以有个离大门远点的房间。

Much better hotels in the area for the same price Checked into my room and they wanted ID from not just me but everybody who is going to stay in the room. This was my last hotel on my road trip and none of the hotels previously had asked me for this. They also charged a $25 pet fee for each pet which is very high. When I got to my room the window latch was broken, the window was wide open and could not be locked.
