Horrible staff running the front desk, they are rude, they constantly pick up phone calls or manage another task while they are holding you up upon check-in or check out. No regard to Customerservice whatsoever

I am terribly sorry for your experience during check out. We do have usually only one staff member running the desk during a shift, so they do try and multi task with the phones and guest services. Absolutely Wretched Experience Here is a summary of the wretchedness so I can get through writing this without pulling all my hair out. 1) found a motion detector or camera in the ceiling 2) “random”inspection after I found the camera, 3) yelled at belligerently by Christina (manager) for not checking in properly for my previous 2 night stay 4) called the police for refusing to let them thoroughly search my things The management came up to my room and demanded to do an inspection. My boyfriend had been sitting in bed for several hours in pain due to breaking his foot on the walk to the hotel. Around 1:30 AM I got in bed as well and pulled back the covers when I discovered a huge & disgusting bug in the bed. I went down to the lobby and talked to the employees. Hostile employees, dirty Front desk was beyond rude. Mentioned to clerk that we were in a huge hurry. After the clerk made clear she was going to go at her own speed, we mentioned again that we really were in a huge hurry. The clerk added that we were being extremely rude and took her time telling us how rude we were being. You get what you pay for, there are issues here! I give this a 2 star! The 2 male front desk people were very nice but the females were very rude and acted like I was asking for the world when I needed something. The bed was really comfortable, but this is in a bad part of town near strip clubs so lots a noise And parties at night.
