Never again. refrigerator and microwave were not in working condition.

The front seat guys was very nice, but other then him the place was super sketchy and the room was not clean The Tub felt grimy, the floors felt sticky , the tub drain was invaded with black mold, the beds made my mom and I itch, the blanket had cigarette burns in it There was only two tiny little pieces of soap and a tiny little bottle of shampoo…. The rooms looked clean and decently decorated BUT - There was smoking everywhere, many rooms smelled of smoke or unidentifiable nastiness. It was noisy from people talking loudly in the corridors at all hours. There was no breakfast or even hot water available. We intended to stay 5 nights but had to leave after one because my son's asthma was activated by all the smoke and whatever other stuff the smells were a result of. The staff was wonderful and tried to help the best they could but the problem was the property itself.

Don't stay there Book room online rooms were supposed to be side by side because of special need kid when getting there the front deck put is wherever they want to

I came to the hotel and front desk told me it was full and then lie said I was a no show no call. I left a hotel to come there and they said I didn’t show. Liers

The room wasn’t the suite shown in the photos, the phone was broken, and there was no coffee pot in the room. Credit card fraud was attempted. I was supposed to stay one week, but changed it to one night, the refund receipt was not for my credit card. The charge for one night stay was declined by my credit card, and instead of calling and asking for a different card, the clerk called the police. I plan to file a complaint with the BBB. This is a motel 6 masquerading as an extended stay.

Horrible staff running the front desk, they are rude, they constantly pick up phone calls or manage another task while they are holding you up upon check-in or check out. No regard to Customerservice whatsoever

I am terribly sorry for your experience during check out. We do have usually only one staff member running the desk during a shift, so they do try and multi task with the phones and guest services. I apologize if you felt that the customer service was poor due to the staff trying to handle both the phones and the desk.
