Horrible, had bugs in room .. they should call it a motel not hotel. No cleaning services at all

Pretty sure medicine was stolen during my stay

This is a non-smoking hotel but it had an extremely strong cigarette odor. There was someone else’s trash in the can under the sink I put it outside by the door and it sat there for 3 days.

I cancelled my stay there. Hopefully I was not charged by Expedia. The place was a dump. No one at the front desk for 15 minutes! I had to call the manager on duty twice from my cell phone while standing in the lobby. Terrible service. I cancelled my reservation with the manager when he showed up.
Would not stay again. Cons: The room was old and had a musty smell to it. Took us 6hrs to get dishes. What place considers themselves an extended stay but you have to make 4 trips to the office to get dishes. No dish soap, no silverware, the back burner on the stove did not work. The microwave did not have a turntable in it. Area was a little sketchy and there was no smoking aloud on the property. TV was awful. Pros: Bathroom was nice. Shower and toilet were clean.

Hotel is old and in a scary neighborhood. Room smelled like roach spray and everything was very old. There were strange brown stains on the countertops in the kitchen and bathroom. Oval toilet with a round toilet lid held on with one bolt. The bed felt like a cardboard box. No dead bolt on the door and it was very difficult to fully close the door. We felt so uncomfortable that we left in the middle of the night; we just couldn’t sleep.

Okay ... just okay. Clean, basic room. They should stop advertising free breakfast- esp if its packed muffins only. Linens not changed daily, too.

The room showed damage and was not very clean, there was a huge red stain at the base of the bed.
