Friendly staff; just functional room First assigned room not made up; dirty wet towels on unmade bed. 2nd room functional but shower rod hanging from unscrewed wall mount.

Smelled like a wet ashtray. Broken sink faucet, toilet paper holder and no kitchenette supplies. No coffee in lobby “ran out of coffee!” Will never stay there again.

HOTEL WAS CLOSED UPON ARRIVAL! A note was posted on the door saying they were OVERBOOKED & UNDERSTAFFED & to obtain a refund from the third party that we booked through. I sent a message to Expedia 3 days ago and received no response. I also called the hotel who again referred me back to you. PLEASE HELP ME OBTAIN MY REFUND. We arrived after midnight very tired, hungry and cold, just wanting to eat what we brought and go to bed. Imagine our shock. Apparently, they overbooked and despite having a reservation, there was no room for us. We were told there was an unmade room that was dirty if we wanted that, as everyone quit that afternoon, stated KImberly. The place was dirty and the reservation was no honored. We were not taking a bed that someone had slept in! So inappropriate to even ask!! Highly do NOT recommend that place.

The room I was givin was filthy. I was told I will get a refund and it haven’t seen it.

This property should be condemned. So many bugs. Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since the day it opened.
