Was interrupted in my room five times by contractor woken up early morning and through out the day also during my dinner time he was rude a verbally attacked my husband

Overbooked The morning we had planned to leave we got a call telling us we did not have a room -- all six nights they had overbooked us.

The bed sheets had stains and hairs on them. They looked like they were never changed. The windows were very old and warped and the space between the windows was filled with dead bugs. Not impressed

Needs Up Dating The first room we were put in the floors were stained, chairs were stained, and there was a dresser drawer front that was broken and hanging on a hinge. The outside of the building needs some tlc. The manager was good and gave us another room which was in good shape. There was no problem with the staff.

Low class Many seedy characters hanging around. Someone tried to break into our room in the middle of the night. Suppose to be non-smoking but smokers were in the elevator and just outside their rooms.

Worst hotel ever I wouldn’t really call it a hotel. It’s got no services. Has one person on in the office and she seemed really stressed and overworked. Linen isn’t changed. It is very out of date and run down. Had a fire alarm start blaring at 1230 am and everyone had to go outside. Fire fighters came and found nothing wrong. Would never stay there again.

Takes the $ and no room Booked online thru hotels.com prepaid!!!. No previous issue ever w this service. Arrived for late checkin where front desk went into a fit for 45 mins at 100 am and refused to give info as to what was going on. Finally at 145 informed there was no room and then blamed the service....the front desk had aidited early and double sold the room. Horrible service. Bad experience, would never book here again.
