did not have any hookers around was the only thing good...spend $30 more and stay at Hotel Lakewood across the street...the best stay in state of Colorado

Very poorly managed they told me they could not locate my confirmed pre-paid reservation at 11 pm. I showed them my confirmation. They told me to call Expedia instead of them calling which was indicative of their attitude. They don’t like Expedia guests. I called customer service in the morning for a refund and they told Expedia I was checked in to Room 352. Truth was that I was in another hotel. Rented Room for a show that night the desk clerk said rooms were not paid for which they were and charged my band for one of the rooms...staff was rude including management

Towels not fresh. Every surface sticky and nasty. Very very foul smell. Bathroom door broke also walls completely covered in nasty stale smokie substance, remnants of major drug use In room. Toilet overflowed. Marijuana resin blobs all over floor and tables. Remote control had fungus growing on it. All furniture covered in something sticky. I have more and I have pictures to prove.
