Not again No toilet paper. No pots and pans for use in the kitchen, even when calling ahead. No extra towels were available for a 3 day stay. Most of the staff was rude.

Our bed in rm 236 was as hard as a kitchen table it was terrible i just stuck it out for one night

Most terrifying night of my life. We were in 246. The people in 244 had a screaming fight that led to pushing each other around. Lots of screaming, swearing and crashing into walls. I called the desk around 3:30. The fight finally stopped around 4, when the man left, but I never heard mgmt knock at their door. Nor did anyone call the police. We got NO sleep. Thank god it wasn't more violent. I will never stay at one of your hotels again.

The room was not very clean. The bathroom was horrendous. There were a pair of underwear behind the bathroom door that made us very Leary about whether the room even got cleaned at all. We mentioned it to the desk person upon our departure and there really was no reaction from her about it.
