The part in the barhroom was broken so they gave me different room for getting shower and again i came to my room. I wouldn’t go amother room for getting shower. I would get shower on my room or i would stat another room where everything works properly.

Even though I had a confirmed reservation, I was told the there were no rooms available, I had to demand that I was confirmed and they gave me a disable people room. Shower curtain - way too short for the shower making the flloor wet at all times. The door pad Room 138 is not working properly, was reported during checking, key replaced but the issue still remain. I will say the staff were very accommodating but I think the company does not keep the amenities well stocked (they ran out of body soap toward the end of my stay). Additionally, they were not allowed to give out cleaning supplies, like paper towel nor dishes for eating. I asked for the paper towel to try and clean out the refrigerator as it not cleaned thoroughly (hair and food particles left behind) and was refused paper towel. Security Failures At 4:40am I was awakened by someone trying to enter the room. The only thing that kept the person out was the security latch was on the door. The person had a key that opened the door. When I called out they left. I attempted to contact the front desk from the room phone and the phone did not work. I checked to see if it was plugged in and found that the cord was cut and had no jack to plug in. Not very comfortable They need to put camera on 3rd floor and they should pay attention to weird acting people on there property and how when the staff was alerted to the situation and never called the authority to handle it.

Stay away, Lady gave my room to different people. Yes she put two people i didn’t know and with different names under my reservation and gave them my room, when i showed up and tried to explain she was rude and disrespectful I waited from 8pm till 12am waiting for a room so I just left and canceled
