Overall Okay We just stayed one night. Didn’t feel very clean and there was noticeable dust/dirt/etc in the corners of the bathroom. “Complimentary breakfast” was snack bars and coffee/tea (which wasn’t bad but not what I imagined). Overall, the stay was very mediocre. Served it’s purpose for a one night stay but wouldn’t recommend for an extended period of time based on that night

So so It was ok both front desk associates that I encountered at different times of day were odd. The man at check in was downright weird, the young lady in the middle Of the night when I needed change was rude. Its not my fault your pop machine cant take a 5 dollar bill.

there was no cups no anything in room but i was super sleepy child was upstairs above my room n running all night

Having recently stayed at a good Extended Stay in Montana I was disappointed in the condition of the room in Novi. Trim was loose on a counter, a towel rack with loose at one end, and the shower essentially didn't have hot water, although the wash basin did. The place was clean and comfortable.

The refrigerator was a little bit loud. And I could hear the residents from upstairs.

Not horrible for 1 night It was ok. I was a little disappointed in the condition of the room. The blankets had a hole, the a.c. unit was older, the curtains wouldn't close completely and under the bed was dirty. I have pics bc I was shocked. There was a remote (not current remote), plastic papers and dust. The tub was great. Clean and deep. Hot water. Asked for extra towels but didn't get them.
