Service was good and people were very polite. the only real problem I had was the third floor where my room was really smelled of cigarette smoke in the hall ways and there were cigarette butts between the screen and the glass in the windows when i cracked the window open.

The hotel was very outdated and not all that clean. The front desk was seldom attended

fair air conditioning would not stay on...did not seem to be much in the way of service help...( I had an out door dog with me) bed had no mattress pad...was OK, but sleep was not sound...

Booked this room for my sister-in-law after a late flight in - she slept well -relaxed and enjoyed her breakfast before driving back to Marshall, MI

No frills but clean and comfortable If you're looking for a hotel with a fancy breakfast service, this isn't it. The amenities are minimal, but the rooms are clean and comfortable and they do have full mini-kitchens so you can make your own breakfast if that's what you want to do. Housekeeping is only once per week after you have stayed one week, but if you're traveling alone like I was, this is more than adequate and you can always ask for extra soap, shampoo, or clean linen/towels at the front desk if they're needed.
