I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone

Never in my life have a seen a hotel that doesn't operate 24hrs! They had a garage door over front desk as they closed at 10pm and I checked in from out of town at 1am. They need to call worker to come down then he gave me a key to an occupied room. Next day the garage door was down at 9am, wild stuff!

No Stay but charges not reversed Made the reservation via Hotels.com website. Upon arrival front desk refused to check me in since I offered cash to pay for my stay. Therefore they cancelled my reservation. Noticed charges on credit card used. Called hotels.com customer service to reverse charges. Representative reassured me that charges will be credited since I did not stay there. As far as I am aware, the charges are not reversed yet. The charges was made 2 days ago.

Location was convenient. Room not clean...counters sticky, mirrors dirty, dirty tub/shower area, tooth paste splashes in sink, brown smudges on refrigerator, stove and counter.

Always got locked out of my room because key never worked. Waited hours to get back into the room. Room, kitchen and bathroom was dirty. Had to buy sanitizing wipes & clean myself. Was there for a few weeks. House keeping only came when it was my last day. Had to change the sheets, launder the sheets ($3 a load of laundry) everything myself. Will not go here again. Terrible. Facilities are very old & out of date too.
