My room smelled like cigarettes, asked for a different room and 2nd also smelled very bad. Till the 3rd, was a bit better. But the hotel in general has a very bad smell and is very dirty

People getting high in the parking lot. No attendant at the front desk after 10 pm.

The room was so smelly like old wood smell, carpets so old and filthy.

Checked me out before 11am which is check out time. More than that insisted check out at 11am. I went to room before 11am then realized some of my stuff missing. Waiting at front desk to talk to receptionist she said she just arrived dont know anything. That was 11.04am Then realized assistant manager going on vacation today so thats why they did it. I lost Sim card which i had valuable contacts. Also my food in the fridge thrown away. Nasty people nasty property. No empathy at all.

I stayed here because it’s pet friendly. What wasn’t friendly was the staff harassing me about my small dog. When I checked in I told the woman I had a dog with me (because I knew about the $25/day pet policy) and I told her she could charge it to the card on file. Later, I’m bringing in my dogs crate and an employee helped me with the door. 15 minutes later I had the maid knock on my door and say “so and so saw you bringing in dog stuff. Pretty run down. Clean enough but not even shampoo in the room. No coffee maker so really substandard. There was a giant spider alive and well in the window (inside) so that just speaks to how little care they put into it. Overall not terrible, but would never recommend.
