I was put in a room that had a terribly strong odor of disinfectant. I don’t know what it was trying to cover up but the carpeting was even wet from it. My eyes were watering the whole night. The next morning they were able to move me into another room. It was fine. There were no printers to print my boarding pass....

My husband and I stayed at this hotel because it was close to the venue for a concert we attended and it was affordable. Unfortunately, the room was dirty, uncomfortable bed, and granola bars were the only option for breakfast. Luckily it was just one night!!! We will not pick this place again for future stays in Sterling Heights for concerts

Fast check in. Horrible stay, the power went out and spent $80 to stay for a night there wasn’t any electricity nor hot water. Highly upset with my stay. Would like a refund.
