I booked a room and they gave it away to someone else, so when I arrived I had nowhere to go and they didn’t refund my money and the guy at the front desk couldn’t speak proper English and had a bad attitude with me the whole time! This hotel needs to be shut down as soon as possible!

The room was disgusting, there was a towel that looked like a gorilla gave birth on it. When I tried to check out early the manager would not refund me the nights I didn't use. Wood spring suites Fayetteville is right next to a strip club with plenty of homless trannys to sing to you. Not an exaggeration. A bum in a rhinestone dress sang to me while I went walked to my ride. Nothing against it, just a lot to process before breakfast is all.

Horrible stay away! The worst experience ever. We arrived 9pm the front desk was closed with a metal gate. Over it looked like a SRO meaning gross. The front desk guy came to the desk 15 min later. He wouldn’t open the gate the whole way. Weird. Then he tells us there’s no rooms left. We had a reservation and there were no more rooms. Thank god cause we were 2 women and didn’t feel safe there. GROSS!
