Horrible stay away! The worst experience ever. We arrived 9pm the front desk was closed with a metal gate. Over it looked like a SRO meaning gross. The front desk guy came to the desk 15 min later. He wouldn’t open the gate the whole way. Weird. Then he tells us there’s no rooms left. We had a reservation and there were no more rooms. Thank god cause we were 2 women and didn’t feel safe there. GROSS!

Don’t know never got the room. Order it online and got to the place and front desk said it was know rooms available

Bad customer service. Faulty smoke detectors, although the hotel reeks of cigarette smoke the second you walk in. They don’t give towels or change of sheets for extended stays. Instead you have to wash your towels and sheets using their Over expensive washer and dryer. One night there was 8 black outs. We got locked out of room and was told there was nothing the front desk could do. Literally was told to stand outside the room and wait for the housekeeper, or look for herself Yourself.
