I'm no hotel snob but... The young man at the desk was friendly. Beyond that I have nothing nice to say. The parking lot was full of random sketchy people wandering around. The whole building smelled like a Grateful Dead concert. Our room had guests in the form of roaches already checked in, and the room was disgusting and dirty. The office closed at 10pm, I had checked in about 9pm, got keys and went to grab dinner before seeing room. No way I was staying there. I reached out to hotels com for help. Don't stay here This hotel was ridiculously over-priced and DIRTY. The shower was dirty, floor was sticky & there were BUGS.
This property was very dirty there are people hanging out in the parking lot waiting to be picked up. We immediately asked to be refunded. I saw 2 cockroaches in the hall as we walked to look at the room and then requested a refund. I have never just left a hotel and asked for a refund.
Place was super sketch. Felt more like section 8 apartment building than a hotel. I think it may double as low income housing and leftover rooms used as a hotel. Worst hotel we have stayed in in 30 years
