Would not recommend The hotel on the first floor had a smell of urine. After we checked in, went out, and came back at night, the room had several cockroaches. There was no staff available to talk to, tried calling the local number again no answer, then tried calling customer relations for Extended Stay but they are not open on the weekends. There were several people loitering in the parking lot as well. Yes, I took pictures of the cockroach but will spare you from posting them.

Single worst staff I have ever encountered

As I walked in to the hotel, the gentlemen seated behind the desk wasn't friendly. He was rude. Once I walked past the front door to the elevators, it smelled like pet urine. It was hard to take in. As my son and I got off the elevator, I can't even describe the smell, it was so bad! The room had pant splatter in random spots, the room smelled, there was pubic hair on the toilet-it was just disgusting!

This was the worst experience in 40 years of travel. Arrived at property after 10p and the parking lot was full of people hanging around cars. Felt unsafe from the start. We had to call from lobby phone to get someone to come and check in. Clerk arrived 15 minutes later, disheveled and extremely rude. The entire property smelled awful. The room was gross and filthy. Do not book. Left within minutes of arriving. Smelled like smoke, the toilet was not clean, and there bugs in bed.
