This property was very dirty there are people hanging out in the parking lot waiting to be picked up. We immediately asked to be refunded. I saw 2 cockroaches in the hall as we walked to look at the room and then requested a refund. I have never just left a hotel and asked for a refund.

Place was super sketch. Felt more like section 8 apartment building than a hotel. I think it may double as low income housing and leftover rooms used as a hotel. Worst hotel we have stayed in in 30 years

This property has not been maintained throughout the years. Years ago this place was decent but now it is very dismal. First, I did not feel very welcome by the staff. There was no “good mornings” or “how is your stay” or anything. Most of the time the staff behind the desks were zoned into their tablets/computers. There was a lack of social awareness.
