Do not want 1 night stays.
Won't stay AGAIN It was very disappointing. The entire building stunk like cigarettes. There was roaches in the bathroom. Someone had a dog in there room barking. Beds were uncomfortable. Was not worth what they charge. Very, very disappointed. No one was at the desk to help if you needed anything.
Unacceptable and filthy Went to our room looked around. There were bugs. The room smelled. No comforter on the bed. We went back to the front desk and I told them we were not staying. The lady that checked us in gave us a refund. This hotel should be shut down by the health department.
It was not great. Water was leaking from the ceiling immediately when you passed the front desk. The bed sheets, blankets and comforters as well as the shower had other people’s hair on them. The floor had spills on them. The remote for the tv would not change the channel. It was SO not worth $130. If I could have packed up and left I definitely would have opted for that.
I had no reservations at any of the Extended Stay Hotels in NW Arkansas!! No one could find my reservation so I went elsewhere. What happened to my reservation??
Property looks great on the outside. Our room appeared clean with everything in working order. As soon as we turned the lights off at bedtime, the roaches started coming out. Freaked me out. I will never stay there again!!!
Once. Checked in found roaches crawling on everything. My kids was horrified and we left at 1 am
