Reserved a non smoking room Got a smoking room. TV volume didn’t work, but supposedly was fixed. Had to convince front desk to switch my room. Just a fiasco overall.

They had a lot of roaches the property was ran down . I felt so dirty and disguised

Got in after 11 when the office closes and the sign said use the phone on the left for assistance. Stood there and let the phone ring for 5 min the first time and 5 minutes the 2nd time. Finally i just left and went to a hotel down the street with staff in the office.

NEVER AGAIN! Room was dirty, holes in doors, neighboring units had guests coming and going at all hours, slamming doors, yelling......it was a terrifying place to stay and we will NOT ever be there again! We wanted a nice place to stay prior to scheduled surgery and we obviously picked the wrong place.

First off the check in was horrible and when I tried checking in the lobby smelled like marijuana. Then went to check out the room and there was no curtains in the window and the room smelled horrible. There was a cockroach crawling on the bed. I will never stay or book a hotel with extended stay America.

The staff was very nice but the room needed some upgrades. Holes in walls and no amenities. Very very basic.

What door lock? Check in was fine, but door lock on room did not work properly. Every time I left room someone from front desk had to let me back into room with hand held computer to operate door lock.

The service was horrible, rooms had roaches and never stayed. I ended up going to another hotel.
