Not by choice! Nothing to write home about. This was a “NOC” no other choice situation as our original reservation was cancelled!

I was very disappointed with this hotel. Here are a few dominant problems: 1. The cigarette-smoking odor is present everywhere on premises. I was shocked to smell very strong cigarette smoke even right at the reception desk. My room was supposed to be a non-smoking room, and the cigarette smell was in the heat pump unit and in the restroom. My nose became congested immediately after I stepped in the room. 2. Teenage girl was rude and overbooked my room. She was in the back with her husband instead of working.

Room was gross, stain on the blankets, shower was backed up, and not very personal staff.

The shower had hair all over it. The kitchen area was filthy and not clean. The bed was rough and pillows disgusting.

Manager was tude and she made me miss 4 hours of sleep due to her negligence. She kept calling my room asking me to check out where I’m not suppose to check out until next day. She won’t apologize or make up for it. Bad experience with her
