It was a non smoking room that made me tear as soon as I walked in. The area looked good from outside, but it is not well kept. There are signs for not smiling everywhere, but people were smoking in the balcony, stairs and the smell permeated everything around.

Very bad area. Didn’t feel safe really. Don’t really blame the hotel it’s more of the location and the type of ppl it attracts

it was supposed to be a nonsmoking hotel but there were cigarette butts littering the walkways and on the doormat of our room there were three butts on the mat. needless to say the room smelled like an ashtray

You had to request everything. Nothing is in stock in the "kitchenettes". We checked in and walked into a room with cleaning supplies still in the room and the maid cart still outside. The "bedspread" was out of a 70's movie and so was the bed and furniture. Worst part was that the TV was bolted to the dresser and was really too low for comfortable viewing from the bed. Decent rooms but horrible staff. Get there at 6:15 pm and they had given away our room. Then tells me we can give you a queen room at a cheaper rate and their cheaper rate was more than the king room. The receptionist was rude and not helpful at all
