Smell of what appeared to be illegal substance. Tried changing room,to no avail. Had to find another accommodation . As it was short notice incurred un planned expenses. Unhappy

We didn’t have any towels in our room. Our bathroom sink was not working. I’ve been to extended stay before but this one wanted to charge for 4.99 for housekeeping. Also I booked this room in advance and the guy could not find it

Long check in process. Out in the cold for at least 5-7 minutes before someone came to the door.

Dirtiest hotel I have ever been in. The toilet didn’t even flush so I fixed it for them. Stains all over the bed and counters were all chipped up. They had WiFi but the service counter must have spelled my name wrong so I couldn’t even log in. By far my worst hotel experience.

The rooms were dirty,the trash cans outside the property was running over,there was alot of noise in the parking lot at night with radios and music. Will never stay there again.

Very dirty. Very noisy. Got a bite from insect in the room causing my entire hand to swell.

Dog Poop and Cat Piss I’ve stayed at extended stay before but this was my first time here. As soon as I entered the room, it smelled like dog poop and cat piss.The girl at the front desk did not know how to operate the computer. This made my check in a long process. Never would I return.
