The shower had black mold along side of the shower tiles, and the shower chair that was inside the shower stall, had black mold on the four legs of the chair, I took some pictures to prove my seeing.

Bedding and towels were grey when they should’ve been white. Cleanliness is the issue here.

I have killed about 25 roaches in 3 days. Small and large. They are brown German it looks like. It will stay again. Just not near this room. 216

The room had Roaches / the bed sheets had cigarette burns.... the door handle to the bathroom door was broken and came off. The shower curtain was short and did not have the plastic linning so there was water everwhere once you were done taking a shower. I have pictures and video to prove it. I killed a total of four roaches. Discusting

Reserved a non-smoking room and got the opposite for sure! One staff member was Great and the other needs to be trained on customer relations!

Hotel had bugs and was lacking in cleanliness. I arrange this for one of may corporate staff employees and had to move them since it had an infestation.

The staff was pleasant and the room was clean. The toilet however, wasn't mounted to the floor properly, so you felt as though you were on a boat from the bowl swaying side to side. The other customers were very noisy throughout the night and a weapons deal in the back parking lot. Just not what I'm used to.
