The property was convenient because I was looking for an affordable place near the hospital. The lobby was not distinguishable when first arriving so we circled the facility twice before we realized where it was. The facility had an odor to it. We got to our room and it smelled of smoke and mold. It was so late though and because of the overall smell of the room I figured the other rooms would be just as bad so i stayed since it was only for a few hours. I wouldn't recommend.

Lack of professionalism, the property has no smoking signs but a worker sat and smoked at their cart while talking on the phone. Requested the dish set for room, it says in the lobby and in the room that they would deliver it to the room. Called down 3 times dishes never arrived. Went to finally pick up dishes took 10 more minutes and i had to carry the box of dishes to the room. Silverware were not properly cleaned a few had some old food residue.

Smelly It is a shame when you have to turn in and receive your own towels and that no one cleans your room. If you have people that are living in the hotel, they should not be near people who are visiting. Your hotel isn’t close to being full so having separate section for residents would be more appropriate. We asked for something to take out the smell of the room and then they asked for it back. It smelled horribly in the drapes and the carpet.

Das Bad, Badewanne, Boden, Decke war extrem dreckig und abgenutzt, besonders die Badewanne wurde scheinbar noch nie richtig gereinigt. Anlage um das Hotel herum auch extrem verschmutzt und ungepflegt, regelrecht vergammelt. Regelmäßige Zimmerreinigung kostet extra. Mülltonnen übervoll und nur unregelmäßig geleert. Wir können dieses Hotel nicht weiter empfehlen und werden auch nicht wieder hier herkommen. Sehr schlechtes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.

It wasn’t the right room they had bed bugs and the service sucked the bed wet and the room smelled I had to sleep in the chair cause I had no where else to go

Dirty with a side of bed bugs So initially when I went in the woman at the counter was very nice and helpful. That is all that went well. Going into the room there was nothing else seemed to off. I checked under the mattress but forgot to check the box spring. The bathroom counters had weird stains on it. The fridge was dirty with food bits in it.
