The carpet / room stunk so bad I had to leave open the windows. Roach infested. Went to take a shower found roaches in the shower and on the floor. They were crawling on the lamp shade. I left my luggage in the car and washed my dirty clothing before leaving. Upon checking in asked to make sure there was a coffee pot in the room she processed to put one in a bag with enough coffee, cream and sugar for two days when I was staying three. Reported someone smoking mariuanga in the room next door,nothing done. Almost got in a fight with them. Its like wow,what kind of place is this. No coffee maker...no icr....no cups. The clerk told me it would be a 250.00 doller fine if evidence of smoking.....really!!!!
Rm 135 has a roach problem and couldn't connect to the wifii
Not by choice! Nothing to write home about. This was a “NOC” no other choice situation as our original reservation was cancelled!
I was very disappointed with this hotel. Here are a few dominant problems: 1. The cigarette-smoking odor is present everywhere on premises. I was shocked to smell very strong cigarette smoke even right at the reception desk. My room was supposed to be a non-smoking room, and the cigarette smell was in the heat pump unit and in the restroom. My nose became congested immediately after I stepped in the room. 2. Teenage girl was rude and overbooked my room. She was in the back with her husband instead of working.
Room was gross, stain on the blankets, shower was backed up, and not very personal staff.
