When we arrived, there was no one to check us in, needed to wait about 10min. I would guess it was the maintenance person said, she's outside, i went outdide to see if i could give someone, ni one around. When she finally walked in, no apology, nor good customer service. The room was not that clean, tub, no kleenex, or ameneties. Was not very happy for the price we paid, we expected at least these things. Will not return.

Pretty dirty and I believe many people are living here It was a little scary for my daughter and I since the front desk closes early opens late and is locked up We left at 9 am and the desk wasn’t open to check out or get a receipt

Horrible. Horrible! Nothing like pictures. Smells and you feel uncomfortable with how filthy the whole hotel is. Nothing positive.

Had to take out own trash. Tv didnt work. No linen. No staff.

This property smells awful. The hallways stink, the rooms smell to a mix of cigarette smoke and dirtiness. Even though I stayed at a non smoking room. I will never stay at any hotel of this same hotel chain. It was a last minute booking. Never again
