They could no get my card verified so we did not get to stay

The pictures are misleading because there is no breakfast. I did see one review that specifically said they had breakfast and there is a picture of breakfast on expedia. The first check-in lady was great but when we couldnt access the side door we were greeting with a lady who didnt appear to ha e any motivation to try and solve the problem or even apologize. The room and entire floor smelled of smoke and bad food. It felt very unsafe in the parking lot with several people gathered in the corner where there were no lights. There was no remote for the TV, shampoo, hair dryer. Only a bar of soap. It was just a bad overall experience. Price was increased because of football game that made it even worse.

Worst Ever Always had good experiences with extended stays until this one. Firstly, no front desk attendant on arrival. Elevator was out of service. Stairwell had trash and reeked. Hallway was filthy. The room was poorly stocked. Carpet stained, rusty appliances, room smelled and beds were much smaller than advertised.

Desk area smelled like smoke, there is no breakfast as advertised. Hallways and elevator floors are filthy. Furniture in room was worn and torn. Bed sheets were scratchy. Room was heavily cleaned with bleach (probably not diluted) our eyes, throat, and nose burned. Floor was sticky. Desk attendant was friendly and helpful. Housekeeper was friendly.Dirty folded towel in bathroom. Property has potential to be better.

Poor, Unsafe Hotel was secluded in a very dark area with freeway right on back side. Initial thought was that this place is unsafe…. Several men hanging out in dark parking lot with very suspicious man and lady standing at entrance smoking. Entering the hotel the lobby was dim lit and front desk had meter gate closed down over it. Terrible customer service. Establishment spelledin I didn’t get to check in or stay. Office was closed I will dispute this charge on my card as well if I don’t get a refund
