You get what you pay for. The place is a dump and caters to long term residents. Noise at all house and dogs in next room barking all night. We were in a bind but now I know to never stay in an extended stay property.

It was horrible,we had to wait 15 for someone to check us in ,I believe the beds got bed bugs,we couldn’t sleep at all,kept itching our selfs,plus loud noise..I don’t recommend anyone going there 👎👎👎

We arrived late at the property and the lobby was closed. The attendant did come down after 15 minutes and was very polite she apologized because she did not have a number to reach us since we made our reservation through Expedia but there was only one room available instead of two. She said if I reached out to Expedia they would refund my money but she could not. Emailed Expedia trying to get money back and had no response. Springdale Ark This was the dirtiest, shabbiest, most disgusting hotel I’ve ever seen. The first indication was a plunger in the bathroom. What hotel keeps a plunger in the bathroom?!?! If I would have had ANY other alternative I would not have stayed there this weekend. I will NEVER stay at ANY Extended Stay Hotel again. Robbing people blind at over $260 a night.

Go somewhere else Got there at 10:20 pm. Lobby reeked of marijuana with no staff to be found. Sign on window said check-in hours had changed and they close at 10:00 pm. No warning of this change. Had to find new accommodations on a very busy weekend with very little available. Parking lot had lots of people milling around, hanging out.

Floor so dirty I had to wash my feet and wear shoes on way to and before getting into bed. No ice. Shower was good. Ac worked well. Liked the soap. TV so basic not worth turning on.
