No cookware or utensils for rent/sale as advertised on their website. The elevator doesn't work. False advertisement.

Not a pleasant stay After booking, i received an email noting items not included in my room but available for extra fees ( dish set, cooking set, etc). This would have been helpful info PRIOR to booking. At check in, a current guest at the hotel was complaining about roaches in her room. Also the front desk employee took a call from the alarm company asking them to put the entire hotel on test for 8 hours due to some malfunctioning smoke detectors. Location was good but the rooms were small and had a musty smell. They do not eve supply shampoo or hair dryers. They are available for an additional fee. The staff is great and they were very accommodating.

I would not book them ever again the property was clean the room was clean but they do not come I was there eight days and I did not come to clean the room they say they don’t do that you have to bring the linen to them they do not provide anything like a cot or extra pillows or anything like that Like I said I would never book them ever again was not satisfied

I wont stay again The beds shown on hotels.com are not the same as the hotel. the hotel beds are tiny. And very expensive hotel
