There were black pubic hairs in the shower
Top tier bad. I had to go to 3 different rooms before giving up on the place. Broken toilets, roaches, and random kids trying to snatch food deliveries. No staff regularly to even complain to. One of the worse places
I didn’t stay . I made the reservation through Hotel.com And when I got to the hotel , the hotel was overbooked… sooo I need Y refund
Worse experience Everything was ok until we were laying down to sleep... the bed was disgusting with dog and human hair all in it.... it definitely was not changed. Then i was given a whole new bed set in which i had to change it out myself. Am not happy at all i drove 3 hours to get here and just wanted to sleep.
Need improvement with checking in Checking after hours is terrible no one to check you in they don’t answer the phone was outside for about an hour

NEVER AGAIN This place was nasty. I went in my room and walked out and went to another hotel and ate the cost!

Not worth the price!!!! Outer bed covers were dingy and should be disposed of. The floor was dirty and dusty and no soap or shampoo available in bathroom. Sink had numerous cigarette burns and should be changed out and over all smell of room was bad.
