Horrible experience When we got in it took 20 minutes to check in for no reason because we are the only ones there to check in, soon when we got inside the room there was a bad smell, there was bloody spots on one of the bed sheets, horrible cigarette smoke smell come all the time from the vent inside the bathroom that you cant breath, the bath top was clogged, nothing in the kitchen, we checked in at 3:30 pm , then we went out until 11:40 pm, when we came back we just spent until 3:30 am because we could not sleep and we ju... read more

This place was absolutely horrible. It should be advertised as a short term living facility as most people seemed to have doors decorated and been living there for some time. The moldy cigarette smoke smell followed me home and I had to wash clothes that were never even warn. It even came to the point of feeling unsafe staying here. The noise level was unbearable and the elevator never worked for a full day

stomping upper level,hearing hallway, room smell smoke and sewage. only 2 large,2 tiny towels for 2 person. 2 plasticcups,2 finger size soap in hotel room. !st floor next to hallway entrance,I hear all the noise,felt unsafe! Room feels like extra room for whatever their own needs .

I stayed 13 days they only cleaned my room once. My check in receipt said to pay the balance at the end of the stay but after 7 days without a curtisy call or notice they locked me out of my room. Manager should be fired!

I didn’t like the double overprice Expedia charged me compare to order it directly from the hotel web site. I figured it out after I did the reservation. I would never book additional trip with Expedia neither recommend to others. Thanks so much for over pricing!!!
