Horrible smell I never stayed at a hotel that smelled that bad. They hallways from the entranced to the rooms had different kind of bad smells, I couldn't tell if it was human pee smell or pet pee. Rooms floor were dirty and sticky, also had a smell we have to have the window open and spray every night for the whole stay. Suite are not equipped for long stays. You can't get an extra towel bc they don't have enough. The hotel doesn't really have place to hang out other than your room with uncomfortable chairs. The front desk ... read more

We arrived to check in and we were told that they overbooked by 5 rooms. We were mad and said nobody notified us. There comments was they just made the decision to who gets the room. We then had to find another hotel room on New Year’s Eve. We are still waiting to get refunded on the room. Never book with this hotel.

The room I had booked was supposed to be a non smoking room as I have 2 small children and we do not smoke. Upon arrival the entire place smelled like a mix of marijuana and cigarette. Our room was so bad because someone had smoked in it there the stench was terrible the refrigerator was stained yellow and the bathroom counters had cigarette burns all over them. This review is not only for the culpability of WoodSpring Suites but on Expedia itself. When i booked my trip my criteria was 2 hotel rooms for 3 guests with handicapped services and adjacent rooms as my son was having surgery and my dad needed to be able to take care of him by being next door. My two sons would be in one room with 2 beds and my father next door or connected some how with 1 bed or 2 it didn't matter as much. What was unique about our room is that the bathroom was never cleaned and it had urine in the toilet and on the floor. It’s a barracks style/dorm room. Bed is cheap and uncomfortable. Fridge was riddled with rust. For $200 a night I would say it’s a shame they get away with this.
