STAY AWAY FROM WOODSPRING SUITES! the room reminded me of a collage dorm... cold, stark and cheaply built. When I returned from a late meeting at 9:45 PM the hallway reeked of Marijuana. Banging went on for hours from the floor above me. Worst hotel ever!!!! I have had better rooms for half the money! PATHETIC!

I get to the hotel the lady was more interested in talking on her phone than to help me. I get to the room its freaking hot as hell and there is absolutly no bedding on the bed. Then i had to wait for the lady to bring the bedding. She shows up and didnt understand when i said there was no bedding.

My room was was clean but it smelled and I had to keep spraying Lysol. Not sure if what they mop the floor with our clean with but it wasn’t fresh smelling at all. The remote didn’t give you the option to scroll when you were changing the TV channel.

Clean but not quite. I was placed on the third floor which was not a problem. However, the family above me on the forth flood ran and stomped until 1:30 am. and the family beside me did the same. I got approximately 2 and a half to 3 hrs. of sleep after driving 9 hrs. and being up since 3:40 am. that morning. When placing single residents in their rooms, staff should be aware of where they are putting each resident. Someone from out of town shouldn't be placed in the area with families of long term stays.
