After have a 9 hour flight delay. I showed up at WoodSpring hotel at 11pm to get told that they didn’t have a room. Keep in mind my reservation was made a week in advance. Every other hotel was sold out. The front desk receptionist said to me “sorry I don’t have a room you can leave”. To say the least I would never go back.

I saw 3 roaches in the room. The worse thing ever. I did not want to be there after that. Kitchen is old. You need a do over.

Find another place If you are looking for a place to lay your head on a pillow and use basic bathroom amenities as a solo traveler, this place is for you. My husband and I were very disappointed with the service and accommodation. The "lobby" is very small and just a "check-in-let-me-get-your-credit-card-information" type of place. The property was not clean. House keeping did not come at all during our stay.

don’t waste your time The bed was hard as a rock and only a full size for a 2-person stay. My husband and I only stayed 1 night because we had a flight the next morning but due to the bed size and comfort got a maximum of 2 hours of sleep. The front desk person took my id to photocopy but forgot to give it to me. Instead of calling the room so I could come down and get it, she just kept it in the office until I realized it was gone.
