Roaches everywhere, bedsheets so dirty. Not worth of money. Not even for one night

Horrible Horrible the person in the next room kept hollaring, banging on our bedside wall ,walking hard on the floor all night long,slamming bathroom door. I told night desk clerk and she threatened to call the police and have me and my wife kicked out.

The property was nice looking on outside.the management was nice and polite.i was in room 319 the noise from the room over my head with children running and stompping over my head for a couple hours called office and the children stompped even harder for about another45 min.I never been to a hotel with no lounge for people to wait till room ready if they arrive early.

Had wood laminate floors which should be easy to clean but the floors were not very clean and we never walked around without something on our feet. There was also a substance on the bathroom floor and wall that resembled dried blood.

Our room was not ready. The housekeeper was still cleaning it. They sent us to another room which reeked of cigarette smoke. We returned to first room to find only two towels (for four people) and no shower curtain. Needed assistance next morning & found lobby completely closed & no answer on “help” phone. Do NOT recommend.
