I've been locked up in a jail cell that had less roaches,checked in walked into the room and a dead roach stucked to the wall was the first thing I saw. The shower drained slow and when I asked the front desk to have someone look at it they said that no one would be in until Monday but this was Friday morning when I asked.

The bed was used and the towels were still wet someone else used my room and nobody cared

Up all night! From the outside the place looked very nice. Check in was very easy and security was stressed to us. All outside doors needed a key card for entry. Our room was very tiny and the furniture or 2 chairs looked like disposable furniture. The AC went from hot to cold all night long with no happy medium. The room just barely fit the 2 of us. Killed two bugs in the kitchen area. Not the place if you are looking for comfort and relaxation.

Reception staff very good ,room clesn staff poor ,i told them the room is dirty and full of cocohroaches they said is normal in florida .

Avoid - Serious cleanliness/service issues Our stay started with entering our room (I believe it was room no. 210) with a dense cigarette smoke. When we called the front desk to inquire/complaint, we were just told that all rooms are non-smoking, and the associate dismissed the concern. Our first night we got a phone call from front desk stating that we was moving around to much when the floor wasn’t as stable so any lil step you took of course the persons below would have heard it
