Nasty, we found Roaches in our bed, bathroon. When we call to front desk, they said ohh so sorry! Dont care at all.

When we arrived to our room, and opened the door, an OVER POWERING smell of cigarette smoke nearly knocked us over, in this NON-smoking hotel! I immediately called the front desk, and was told they had no other room to move us to (with an "oh well" attitude). Also, we were only provided 2 towels for 4 people (that we registered for previously), and again called desk and was told "WE could come down 3 floors to the front desk and pick up more, ourselves"....REALLY?!! Many guests prefer to bring their own cookware for the kitchen, others like to purchase locally or we do offer a cookware set for purchase at the Front Desk if that better meets needs. It would be a bit surprising if you were not expecting this. We will certainly use your feedback to help us improve.
Place is a dump and has absolutely no emmemities. Rooms were dirty and smelled, only one towel, toilet was backed up when we arrived, staff was rude. Overall just a complete dump

Dirty bath tube and next door they were smoking pot and it was coming through the outlets next to the bed..

Infestado por baratas Hotel infestado por baratas. Tivemos que trocar de quarto mas mesmo assim encontramos baratas no outro quarto. A recepcionista disse que não teria o que fazer que o hotel todo está infestado. Dormimos no carro algumas noites. Pedimos uma limpeza melhor é durante os 7 dias que tivemos hospedados não tivemos a visita da camareira nem para arrumar a cama. Não recomendo! Só não mudei de hotel pois era temporada de ano novo e as reservas estavam acima do orçamento.

This was a terrible experience in this "hotel". Take in consideration that the housekeeping is biweekly. The room has kitchen but you have to bring your utensils, the hotel does not provide them. The beds are really small, the double bed is a normal bed. If you want new towels or bed clothing you need to request to the hotel, they do not change it daily, the change is biweekly. The non smoking are is a joke, in this area were people smoking weed... This hotel is too expensive in comparison of what you are receiving.
