They was roaches crawling all over the place. It stinks and staff can careless. I didn't stay there for the night i wndee up driving 2 hours late night after a 10 hour flight. I just needed to rest but I didn't. People should never go there to sleep with these roaches.

Room wasfull of Cockroaches take pictures with phone and take to front desk i was told there is nothing they could do.

My room wasn’t cleaned properly on arrival, bedsheets were dirty, one towel in the bathroom, toilet wasn’t flashing properly and to top it all roaches was spotted around the kitchen floor, the staff were friendly, that I must say but the hotel need to hire good housekeeping staff.

Never again The bed was very uncomfortable and the floor was sticky

Got a call from front desk saying people were complaining about noise from my unit and threatend to kick me out. Problem was it was coming from several other units not mine. The rude front desk girl did not bother to come upstairs and investigate for herself. Horrible front desk girl Kerri. Needs to be fired. Ill never stay here again.

The elevator was out of service upon check in and I was assigned a room in the fourth floor. It was out for 2-3 days, back in service and then out again an additional day. The most disappointing part of the stay was that that several hours after checkout I realized that I’d left my DSLR camera in the room. I called the hotel within 4H of check out but they claimed it wasn’t there. Obviously a staff member took the camera, effectively stealing a $1,000 piece of equipment.
