The worst place to stay ever. There is bad odor everywhere. Bad smell in the elevator, along the corridors, and specially in the rooms. Hard to describe the kind of smells in the room, might be a mixture of urine, sweat, pet, old building and food cooking. My experience: - Upon arrival had to bring the pillows down to the front desk, the terrible smell on them was so bad, they could make anyone throw up after smelling. - There were roaches in the room, during my stay, I could kill two but at least 3 or 4 ran away still alive... read more

Claudia - Woodsprings Suite i took my son for a speed skating clinic, I booked this hotel as I knew that with the crazy schedule, he was going to need food and drinks and having a kitchenette was a huge plus for me, however, it was not good. We got there and ONLY at that time not advised prior to checking in, that the elevator is not working (nor was it ever checked, the entire 4 days we were there) so I was never able to bring in the cooler that I couldn't possibly lift myself up to a 3rd floor and the whole idea of using k... read more

Don’t Stay Here When I walked into the room it stunk like cigarettes. My pillow cases were both dirty with dark stains all over. When I told the front desk they asked me to come get new ones instead of bringing them to me promptly. When I came back from dinner I found several cockroaches in the bathroom. This place was a dump, and definitely not worth the price.

The room looked clean but when we came back at night we saw roaches on the wall, bedroom floor and the bathroom. I had to go to the front desk to get an ironing board and an iron because the room didn’t habe one and the one they gave me was cracked.

The staff was very nice and welcoming. The overall stay itself was disappointing. Upon arrival to my room I saw small roaches and requested that my room be changed. The room came with a kitchen but there were no utensils at all. My stay was for 3 nights, they never came in and cleaned the room. Not once. Nor to replenish anything. Didn’t like that the room was so dirty. There was dog hair all over the floor in excess, chunks of it. Also dog hair on the bed and on the sofa. There was even a dog toy on the floor! It was left behind and goes to show the room was never properly inspected after previous guest. Fridge was also left with previous guest food! This was a necessity other than that I would’ve checked out and not stayed here whatsoever ever. Very very gross
