Nobody ever came to clean the room. We had to use the same towels for 3 days

Guests pay only for the amenities they want to use (like daily cleaning, linen changes, cookware, a coffee pot, etc.). Not every guest desires the same amenities and by allowing guests to choose and only pay for the amenities they want, we are able to keep our rates affordable. Pubic hair in tub. Room smelled like mold. No one would give us towels until the morning. Front desk line keeps ringing and has a voicemail (which is full). The room was absolutely disgusting and I’m so happy not to be in there anymore. Will never recommend.

Amenities don’t exist here WiFi is Horrible You pay and still is slower than a snail that’s asleep If you don’t stay mire than 2 weeks They don’t clean your room Give you towels Toilet paper etc You have to go to the lobby trade your towels and get fresh There must be people living permanently there You have your shady people as neighbors It was horrible We had tiny cockroaches in our room I couldn’t get a refund so I was out the room Most of the Time I would never recommend this hotel to my worst enemy The owners must be ch... read more

From arrival, front desk staff was rude and not professional. She seemed bothered she had to help us because she was busy gossiping with 2 other workers. The rooms are clean but have zero amenities, worse then a rodeside motor lodge. No coffee, only 1 super small bar of soap, no ice available. No continental breakfast, instead you have to get coffee out of a vending machine. There is no lobby, pool, fitness center. This was the worse hotel i have EVER been in. No maid service, no lobby attendant after hours, no toiletries in the room except for a very small bar of soap, no wifi, no refrigerator goodies, hard bed, room card gets deactivated daily and you have to go to the lobby and reactivate it, no continental breakfast, no COFFEE !!!! They don't even give you a receipt after checking out, they simply put a checkmark next to your name and take your room key from you. Absolutely HORRIBLE !!!!
