Staff friendly, but never there. Always doing personal stuff like playiying with their dog. One staff was complaining to another on how hard he work, while standing in the lobby by the sign that said “staff will be right back”

Todo es nuevo en el hotel, tiene buena ubicación, es pet friendly y el personal amable. Parece que viven personas en el mismo. Las paredes de las habitaiones son muy delgadas y escuchas todos los ruidos que hacen en las habitaciones de al lado y arriba. La joven que nos hizo el check-in dijo que no es un hotel como los demas, ya que la limpieza la hacen cada 15 dias y para mi eso es fatal. Las habitaciones tienen cocina que viene con microhhondas, estufa con dos quemadores y una refirgeradora super grande. Hace falta fumigar... read more

Need king beds Nice place but bed is too small .

Look Somewhere Else. If you are looking for a cheap place to stay then this it but just remember you get what you pay for. Also, they require you to pay for your stay at time of check in. If I had known of this beforehand and had other options available then I would have stayed elsewhere. Unfortunately, this extended stay type of hotel has a "party" atmosphere as every night (stayed for 8 days), past midnight, there was loud conversations and drunken stupor clamoring in. Infested with ants and trashy people everywhere I got this hotel for my family and their stay was worse than any other hotel. Their room was infested with ants and they had to throw away the food they got. My 9 year old saw a man expose himself in the parking lot and started peeing. This place shouldn't be on cheap tickets. It's a disgrace

Hotel novo, mas..... O Hotel é super novo. Equipe da Recepção Absolutamente fantástica. Pessoas que precisem se hospedar por até 2 dias TALVEZ fiquem satisfeitas. Aspectos negativos: a) Internet muito ruim, a propaganda diz que é grátis. Porém, grátis para apenas um aparelho e na velocidade mínima, a partir daí tem que se pagar por um plano pago e ainda assim sofrível; b) limpeza do quarto é feita de 14 em 14 dias. Isso mesmo.
