The hotel did not have key cards to get into the room so I had to wait for the representative to go up with me and open the door… This was ridiculous because after hours I had to call and request someone from housekeeping to come and open door which was more than 30 minutes waiting time

This place is horrible. Do not stay here. Roaches, dirty towels, beds that are glorified cots. The atrocities do not end.

Worse hotel ever The lady was rude my daugter and my sister room was cancel because they had no room left we drove 1400 miles to get here so they told us the only had 2 rooms available when the reservations was for 4 room she told us that it was a third party booking so we had to deal with hotel .com they were not responsive and we had to rent two room in different hotels so we got separated alit of people where complaing and she jyst said iam not dealing with this and closed the window also the room was infested with roache... read more

We made the reservation at 11 am and got to the hotel at 6:30 pm. Our room had been given away because the desk clerk said they didn't charge the card in advance to hold the room. We've never had any hotel give our room away. They just charged the card on file for the night. We've stayed at your facilities a few times. We never will again.
