The mattress if you want to call it that was basically a box spring. I am not kidding. The TV was by today's standards very small. About 20 inches. We didn't have towels, soap, or shampoo. We did not stay the night. Checked in at 3 PM and checked out by 9 PM the same night. Awful.

I left within 1 hour of check in. Found 2 live roaches. One in floor as we walked in and 2nd in tub. At checkin the hotel just smelled. Thank God expedia was able to find a different hotel for us that same night.

Waited in the lobby area 15 minutes along with other customers. No one there!! When an employee finally appeared she was rude and unprofessional. Worst experience ever!!

The experience was terrible from the check in they put us in a room that was not clean and the manager told us it was not on the list to be cleaned that day, the front desk close at 7:00pm, there was no toilet paper in any rooms when I went down stairs the front desk lady told me that I have to go a mile to Publix and buy my own. The roaches in the room ..OMG we were without television service for two and a half days. When you called the front desk they refuse to answer the call. I should have read the reviews but was in a hurry. I never stayed at hotel as the front “lobby” experience resembled a homeless shelter. My female friend felt unsafe and we left.
